As part of an initiative to brand the seasonal releases of Rainbow 6 Siege DLC, Ubisoft wanted to create a themed "wrapper" and design style that could carry through the various collections and all their content, including new characters, uniforms and weapon sets. Out of this request, "New on the 6" was born.

Each of the combo videos, which contain several pieces of content, were designed with mobile/social first in mind, so optimization for the 9:16 ratio was key.
In keeping with the mobile/social first initiative, 1:1 ratio versions were also created.
As not to leave any platform untouched, 16:9 ratio versions of each combo were also created for YouTube and more traditional media channels.
